Reju received his B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kerala, India, in 1992, the M.Tech. degree in Electronics from the Cochin University of Science and Technology, India, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2010. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Instrumentation, Cochin University of Science and Technology. Between 2007 and 2018, he held various positions at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, progressing from Research Associate to Senior Research Fellow. He was a Lecturer with the Cochin University of Science and Technology from 1995 to 2002. His research interests include blind source separation, speech enhancement, and array signal processing.
